Application: The common rail pump test bench kit CRP 2000T is designed in order to test / drive all types of common rail pumps and fuel rails of Bosch, Delphi, Denso and Siemens make on a diesel FIP test bench / stand. Also it displays the fuel rail pressure digitally on screen reading from the pressure sensor mounted on fuel rails.

The Common rail System testing Kit comes complete with:-
  1. The electronic simulator unit – CRP 2000 (Refer above for more details) with all electrical cables and couplers / adapters suitable for Bosch, Delphi, Denso and Siemens CR pumps and fuel rails.
  2. Bosch CP1 common rail pump (Lightly used but in excellent working condition).
  3. A single mounting bracket / foundation and coupling suitable for all types of CRDI pumps.

Common Rail Pump & Fuel Rail Tester / Simulator is applicable in testing/driving all varieties of common rail pumps & fuel rails on diesel FIP test bench/stand. These testers also display fuel rail pressure digitally through on screen reading support using pressure sensor that comes mounted on fuel rails. 

This tester/simulator is designed to provide driving signals to fuel metering control valve/Solenoid on CR pump as well as can also energize it from 0 % to 100 %. Further, the CRT also provides for driving signals to fuel rail pressure control valve / solenoid that finds usage in increasing/decreasing rail pressure through operating drain / return mechanism for meeting the demands of draining out fuel from fuel rail. 

(Especially for those who already have a CR injector simulator)
Application: The common rail pump tester CRP 2000 is designed in order to test / drive all types of common rail pumps and fuel rails of Bosch, Delphi, Denso and Siemens make on a diesel FIP test bench / stand. Also it displays the fuel rail pressure digitally on screen reading from the pressure sensor mounted on fuel rails. 

Features:- 
  1. It provides driving signals to the fuel metering control valve / Solenoid on the CR pump, and can energize it from 0 % to 100 %, i.e. fully closed (zero output delivery) to fully open (maximum output delivery). The fuel metering control valve on the pump regulates the fuel intake volume to the CR pump and hence also determines the output volume.
  2. The CRT also provides driving signals to the fuel rail pressure control valve / solenoid which is used to increase / decrease rail pressure by operating a drain / return mechanism to drain out fuel from the fuel rail. As in the case of pump solenoid, this can also be energized between 0 – 100 %.
  3. Monitors and displays the rail pressure digitally on the LCD display, and provides automatic cut off of fuel supply once rail pressure exceeds 1600 BAR (Overpressure protection)
  4. It can drive the fuel metering solenoid on C/R pump and the fuel rail pressure control solenoid on fuel rails simultaneously to regulate the rail / system pressure which is displayed digitally on screen.  
  5. It is also capable of driving two solenoids / DRV's on the Siemens C/R pumps simultaneously.  
  6. Hence the CRP 2000 is not only used to drive but is also used to test the proper operation of the fuel metering solenoid on pump, fuel rail pressure control valve / solenoid on rail and the fuel rail pressure sensor. 
  7. Available for both 110 V and 220 V supply voltage.
  8. Therefore, the CRP 2000 is nothing but an ECU / ECM simulator - it simulates the working of an ECU / ECM in vehicles to provide precise driving signals to the CR pump and Fuel rail. Also like the ECU it receives feedback from the pressure sensor on the rail and displays the rail pressure digitally.

Application: The CRI 4100 is used to test and diagnose all kinds of common rail injectors, i.e. Bosch, Delphi, Denso and Siemens (Piezoelectric technology). It can be used to test a common rail injector for its output delivery, spray pattern, chattering, back leakage; Output Delivery to Return / back leak ratio. 

Description:
  1. It simulates the working of the ECU in the vehicle and provides the various injectors with driving signals.
  2. One can set the Pulse Width 'P' (Time in micro seconds / us for which the injector nozzle opens to spray hence determining the Volume of fuel delivered per spray) as well as the Frequency 'F' (Determines the number of times the injector sprays per second) for each kind of injector enabling the user to test the various C/R injectors under a variety of test conditions.
  3. The Time 'T' can also be set - which is the time in minutes for which the test runs.
  4. One can test the spray pattern, output delivery to return ratio etc. which in turn helps determine how good the injector is, whether it needs repair or not.
  5. Comes with all electrical connectors / couplers - for Bosch, Delphi, Denso and Siemens common rail injectors.

Application: The common rail system tester CRT 7000 is designed in order to test all types of common rail pumps, injectors and fuel rails of Bosch, Delphi, Denso and Siemens make.

Features:
  1. It provides driving signals to the injector solenoid and can be used to test a CR injector for its delivery, back leak, spray pattern, chattering etc. One can easily measure the return to output delivery ratio on a test bench using the CRT 7000.
  2. One can vary the pulse width of the injector (W) (in ms – milli seconds).
  3. Also one can vary the engine RPM (N) which in turn determines the frequency of spray from the injector.
  4. It provides driving signals to the fuel metering control valve / Solenoid on the CR pump, and can energize it from 0 % to 100 %, i.e. fully closed (zero output delivery) to fully open (maximum output delivery).
  5. The Injector Testing Kit Consists of:

  2. Bosch Common Rail / CRDI Pump (High Pressure Source) - To supply diesel to the injector up to 2000 BAR pressure.
  3. Bosch / Delphi fuel rail with a high pressure drain valve fitted with large wheel and a stand for mounting the fuel rail - To create pressure up to 2000 Bar to be supplied to the injector; one can control the rail pressure by opening / closing the drain valve.

    Note: The rail pressure / the pressure being supplied to the injector can be increased by (a) tightening the drain valve at one end of the rail and (b) by increasing the speed (RPM) of the test bench.
