Bosch Design Injector Pop Tester (Model NTG 400) are available as per standard Bosch Design comprising heavy duty glycerin filled pressure gauge of 0-400 Bar that supports stabilization of vibrations in needle as well as providing for better accuracy in derived results besides meeting the demands of enhancing service life of these gauges. 

The offered nozzle tester comprises of Die cast Aluminum Injection pump that is operated through hand lever as well as transparent fuel container (with 5 micron filter) and three way shut off valve. Further, the tester also features glycerin filled, stainless steel heavy duty dual scale pressure gauge that is made available in range from 0-400 Bar as well as in 0 - 6500 PSI, dial of 150 mm and thread of half inch BSP. For optimum functionality support, these also come fitted with genuine delivery valve, Bosch plunger and filter support.

The nozzle tester consists of :

Model: NTD 400

Injector Nozzle Tester with Dual Scale Gauge comprises nozzle testers featuring aluminum cast injection pumps that are operated through use of hand lever. For delivering optimum functionality support, these testers also come with semi Transparent fuel container with 5 micron genuine Bosch filter, three way shut off valve, Brass Bourdon tube Pressure gauge of 100 mm Dial and 3/8 " BSP thread. Making the nozzle tester available in range from 0 - 400 Bar & 0 - 6000 PSI, these also come fitted with genuine Bosch plunger as well as delivery valve and filter support.

The nozzle tester consists of : 

1. Aluminum Cast Injection pump operated by a hand lever.
2. Semi Transparent fuel container with a 5 micron genuine Bosch filter.

Model: EFEP 60 H

Genuine Bosch Diesel Injector Nozzle Tester comprises genuine Bosch EFEP 60H diesel injector nozzle tester that is made available under Part number F 002 DG0 901, Serial number : 230392434 and find application for adjusting nozzle seat tightness, carrying out leakage tests, for injector nozzle opening pressure, chatter characteristic tests and spray pattern atomization repetition tests. 

These injection nozzles are of sizes P, R, S and T and are made available with appropriate nozzle holders complete with Transparent fuel container with filter support; EFEP 60H Unit, P/N: F 002 DG0 901; Manual Hand operating lever/Handle with grip and three way shut off valve supported by valve spindle. 

These Bosch test pressure lines are of M12 ((Bosch P/N: 1 680 750 001) and M14 (Bosch P/N: 1 680 750 000) available in range of 0 - 400 BAR & 0 - 40 MPa. We make these available in standard Bosch Packaging box complete with operating instructions manual as well as packing list.

CAV England Design Injector Nozzle Tester is designed and developed as per standards C.A.V. England Design which assures in these nozzle testers optimum process stability as well as of achieving precise results. The tester consists of cast iron pump that comes mounted on rigid aluminum base, sheet metal oil container with 5 micron filter as well as three way shut off valve. 

Further, these also feature heavy duty 150 m.m. / 6 "dial pressure gauge in range from 0-400 Bar with half inch BSP thread. Injector Pop Tester with 0-600 Bar / PSI Gauge comprise precision designed and constructed range of nozzle testers that are made available with aluminum cast injection pumps operated through use of hand lever.

Coming with semi transparent fuel container with 5 micron genuine Bosch filter, these are three way shut off valves featuring heavy duty Brass Bourdon tube Pressure gauge with dial of 150 mm, thread of 3/8 " BSP and working range from 0 - 600 Bar & 0 - 8500 PSI. These also come fitted with genuine Bosch plunger as well as option of delivery valve and filter so as to provide for optimum functional support.

The nozzle tester consists of :

Diesel Injector Shim Kit comprises shim kit containing quality pressure shims of 4 sizes (Quantity: 15 each) and in total 60 shims. These injection nozzles of sizes P, R, S and T with appropriate nozzle holders are made available in sizes including O.D. 11.4 mm, Thickness: 0.12 mm (Quantity: 15 each), O.D. 9.8 mm, Thickness: 0.12 mm (Quantity: 15 each) , O.D. 14.2 mm, Thickness: 0.12 mm (Quantity: 15 each) and O.D. 7.0 mm, Thickness: 0.12 mm (Quantity: 15 each). With offered shims acting in increasing pressure of around 10 - 15 PSI / 1 bar when added, the quantity we ship for each size can be slightly more than 15 but never in less proportions.

Ultrasonic Cleaner is suitable for diesel fuel injection pump as well as injector service stations/workshops and finds application in petrol fuel injectors that come fitted in MPFI petrol/gasoline engines as well as cleaning carbon clogged nozzles of diesel injectors. Further, ultrasonic cleaners are also supportive of cleaning pencil nozzles of common rail / CRDI injectors having very small openings for sprays that cannot be unclogged through traditional methods. These also do not require special fluid for cleaning where a mix of soap and water is suitable enough for these ultrasonic cleaners. The finish specifications include outer body made using shock proof ABS Plastic and Inside Tank made using Stainless Steel SS-304 among others.
